2025-26 Fees:

• ASB / GSL Card - $50.00 (yearly one-time fee, per school year)
• Participation / Activity Fee - $45.00 (yearly one-time fee, per school year)

Payment Instructions:

• Go to the Mead School District website: www.mead354.org
• Select “PARENT/STAFF LINKS” in upper right corner
• Select PowerSchool (Parent) to Login w/ Username & Password
• Select “Purchase and Payments” on the lower left side
• Select your student’s name in gray shaded rectangle
• Select "Items at Student’s School”
• Add items to cart and follow checkout directions "ASB MEMBERSHIP” & “Participation”
• Select pay FEES & FINES

If you are unable to utilize the “Online Payments” please mail or bring a check to the MSHS business office.

Checks

Make checks payable to "Mt Spokane High School" and list ASB/GSL & Participation/Activity fee on the memo line, with student’s name(s).

Students must have a complete registration online via FinalForms, have a current physical (within 2 years) on file at the high school and a current Health Care Plan (if necessary) in order to participate in a sport.

All incoming 9th grade students need a new physical for high school athletics dated after June 1.

The Mead School District requires all incoming 9th graders to obtain a current physical due to the intensity of high school athletics. The physical must be dated after June 1 and prior to their first practice. Sports Physicals are then good for two years from date of exam.

Submit the form, dated & signed by the physician:

• In Person to the Athletic Department or school nurse
