WINTER CONDITIONING ~ Open to all MSHS 9th - 12th students
Mon - Thurs @ 2:45 -4:15pm ~ in the Weight Room
The Conditioning program runs weekly Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 2:45-4:15pm, Jan 3rd Feb 24th. You will work on strength, core, agility, plyometric, speed and various mobility/flexibility training exercises.
"The program will consist of 3 days of lifting and 1 day of speed/agility work."
