Theme:   "Famous Duos" - in Commons 1 (front doors)  8:00-10:00pm
  ~ grab a buddy, decide which famous duo you want to dress up as,and buy your tickets when they go on sale, $12 for a single ticket/$20 for aduo    

Tickets:  $12 for a single / $20 for a duo

Regarding Guests:   You must complete & turn in a Dance Form PRIOR to the deadline date!
The office staff wants to emphasize that if you are bringing an outside guest to the Winter Formal you are 100% responsible for completing the process on time, without relying on the office staff. Please follow the step by steps instructions on the dance form. We will not be accepting incomplete forms.
